SAP GTS Lead
This role is responsible for delivering system services, improvements and projects mainly in the area of S/4 HANA Sales & GTS. Collaborating with other business functions and multi-functional IT members to ensure the ongoing system integrity and stability.
Hold a B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with 8+ years’ experience in similar roles delivering S/4 HANA solutions as a technical specialist in large-scale IT environments.
Based 100% in Bengaluru. Occasional international travel may be required and there is also a requirement for on-call.
Responsibilities:
- Work in SAP S/4HANA GTS & SD implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support, handling requirement gathering, design, configuration, and release.
- Implement, configure, and customise enterprise SaaS applications from concept to deploy.
- Configure and maintain SAP GTS modules (Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management) using the latest industry trends.
- Configure core Order-to-Cash Process core SD components (Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, Intercompany Sales and settlement management in S/4 HANA.
- Collect requirements and translate them into functional specifications and work with technical teams to ensure timely results.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Solid experience in SAP GTS implementation and support. Knowledge of international trade compliance, customs processes, and export/import regulations.
- Handling Preference management and compliance reporting within SAP GTS.
- Configuring & monitoring compliance checks in GTS, handling sanction party lists, and generating reports for audit trails and compliance verification.
- Good knowledge on SD Variant Configuration including designing configurable products, characteristics, dependencies, and pricing impacts.
- Hands-on with third-party processing, STOs, returns and Intercompany processing.
- Hands-on knowledge in Logistics Execution including Availability check, Back order processing, Shipping and third-party warehouse integration.
- Functional experience in designing business rules in BRF+ for flexible pricing, tax determination, outputs, or credit approvals.
- Exposure in using SAP standard APIs (ODATA, SOAP, REST) and standard APIs for third-party applications (CRM, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong understanding of cross modules like MM, FI/CO, WM.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:
- Hands-on with revenue recognition with understanding on the RAR module.
- Knowledge in EMS integration and usage of entitlements management.
- Using Fiori apps for sales, billing, pricing and monitoring scenarios.
- Understanding on RISE with SAP, S/4HANA Public vs. Private Cloud SD differences!
- Reading and debug knowledge of ABAP
