Job Overview:
Reporting into the EUC and Identity Team Manager, this role leads the team of identity technical specialists, to drive performance, focusing on technical excellence and end user experience and a high level of customer service. The role is responsible for the overall delivery of Identity and Office 365 services within Arm.
Responsibilities:
As a member of a distributed team in collaboration with the IAM Senior Product Owner, you will lead the IAM Technical Delivery Team to support Arm's core identity platforms across AD, Oracle, and Azure environments.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead technical resources within the IAM and Office 365 technical teams.
- Ensuring alignment of IAM platforms with Arm's security policies and procedures.
- Supervising the ongoing operation and management of the Arm Identity Platforms.
- Collaborating with other internal technical teams to develop new IAM capabilities aligned with Arm's overall strategy.
- Acting as a technical point of escalation and mentor for the technical team and the service desk.
- Defining and prioritising technical work for the Identity team.
- Ensuring the accuracy and relevance of all knowledge articles associated with the services delivered.
- Supervising the delivery of the IAM and O365 functions, ensuring proactive management of all tickets assigned within ServiceNow.
- Being accountable for the technical delivery of problem management within the technical function.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Deep operational and management knowledge of Microsoft Identity Manager and understanding of other IDP platforms and principles.
- Good knowledge of authentication and authorization principles.
- Experience of MIM Integration to other applications and directory service (LDAP, Azure, SAP, ServiceNow etc.).
- Good understanding of dynamic groups, service and shared accounts.
- Custom coding skills enabling the integration of new identity sources and attributes.
- Understanding and experience of AD, AAD, Oracle directories and cloud identity solutions.
- Good experience in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Good in understanding and provisioning of privilege access management.
- Expertise in identifying and resolving sync and other associated MIM issues with root cause analysis.
- Good at creating and maintaining knowledge articles and process documentation.
- Understanding of workload identity and APIs.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:
- Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft/Office 365.
- Knowledge of Azure/Entra iD Identity services.
- Understanding of databases like MySQL, MS SQL etc.
- Knowledge of identity governance and audit.
- Log Analysis.
