Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive, adaptable, and dedicated individual to join our team of IT Service Management Professionals within the Value Delivery Office. You will be responsible for driving, governing and optimizing the IT change process to ensure minimal disruption to business operations, while leading governance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Drive, govern, and continuously improve the Change Management process, ensuring alignment to SLAs and critical metrics for change implementation.
- Establish and implement policies, procedures, and standard methodologies related to change.
- Act as the Change Manager, reviewing, approving, and leading all aspects of IT changes.
- Chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB (ECAB) meetings.
- Ensure IT changes are efficiently planned, tested, implemented, and detailed.
- Collaborate with team members to minimize risks and service disruptions.
- Develop key performance indicators (critical metrics) and reporting dashboards for change efficiency.
- Deliver training and mentorship to Change Management teams and process collaborators.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in ITSM processes, with a focus on Change Management.
- Proven experience leading Change Management processes in large organizations.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.)
- ITIL 4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader certification preferred.
- Understanding of DevOps is required.
- Experience working with multi-functional teams to lead complex changes.
- Ability to lead change management governance, reporting, and compliance.

- General conceptual understanding of IT infrastructure and applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and negotiation skills.
- A highly analytical approach, with good knowledge of process re-engineering and optimization.
