Are you passionate about attracting and empowering the next generation of talent? Do you have experience within University Campus attraction and engagement? If so, we want you to be part of ARM's mission to attract and nurture the brightest minds through our intern and graduate opportunities!
Job Overview:
Arm is on a mission to create clear, accessible pathways into the tech industry, removing barriers, championing diversity, and building a talent pipeline that reflects the world we live in.
We’re looking for a University Engagement & Campus Strategy Specialist who will bring Arm’s story to life across universities and academic organizations. You’ll play a key role in activating early talent engagement and strengthening Arm’s brand at campus level—creating meaningful connections and running high-impact events across the US.
This role is all about shaping Arm’s presence on campus across the US and Canada. You’ll design and deliver high-impact events, build strong partnerships with universities and student groups, and develop strategies that attract diverse early-career talent. It’s not a hands-on recruiting role — instead, the focus is on engagement, strategy, and building strong relationships both internally and externally, while being part of a global Emerging Talent team that thinks big but delivers locally.
Key highlights of the position:
- Campus Strategy & Engagement– Shape and execute a clear attraction strategy for North America, informed by data and hiring trends, and aligned with Arm’s global early careers vision. Lead Arm’s campus presence across the US & Canada, driving awareness and excitement for intern and graduate opportunities.
- Event Strategy & Delivery– Plan and deliver 50+ high-impact events annually (career fairs, celebrations, networking sessions), managing end-to-end logistics, vendor partnerships, payment and follow-up reporting.
- Partnership Building– Build and nurture strong relationships with universities, student groups, and faculty champions, with a focus on expanding diverse talent pipelines
- Strategic Focus, Not Recruiting– This is not a hands-on recruiter role, no application screening. The emphasis is on designing and executing attraction and engagement strategies, as well as building internal partnerships with teams such as Arm Education, and DEI.
- Global Team, Local Impact– Focused on the North America market while working as part of a global Emerging Talent team, expected to think globally and deliver locally.
You won’t do this alone. You’ll be supported by a Global Campus Specialist and plugged into a forward-thinking Emerging Talent team that’s growing in impact and influence globally.
Responsibilities:
Campus Engagement & Event Coordination
- Plan and deliver 50+ early talent events annually in line with our hiring strategy—from career fairs to large-scale intern celebrations

- Be a go-to contact for all US-based campus queries—internal and external
Partnership Building & Collaboration
- Build and nurture relationships with key academic institutions, especially those aligned to our DE&I goals such as HBCUs and organizations like INROADS
- Identify and connect with student societies, affinity groups, and faculty champions (Mostly within STEM)
- Collaborate with Arm’s Education outreach experts to align talent goals with STEM education initiatives across the US
- Partner with Recruitment Marketing to co-create event collateral and bring campus stories to life via blog content and social media
- Support high-impact moments across the Early Careers lifecycle: onboarding, global graduate conferences, and intern celebrations
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track event budgets gaining sign-off for spend in advance.
- Collect and analyze event data to understand impact and shape future plans.
- Spot opportunities to improve our campus strategy using hiring trends and feedback.
