Job Overview:
Arm is seeking a Facility Data Engineer in our Data Center Engineering organization to lead and implement the design and processes to support data collection and analysis for operational best practices in our engineering labs and data centers. This role will handle the operational analysis of collected data in the master data repositories to achieve the highest level of facility system performance and best practices.
This role will be based in Austin or potentially be remote within the US.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the actionable intelligence from collected data to drive optimized facility operations.
- Collaborate with the staff that are collecting data from sensors, systems, compute, etc. to ensure the best coverage of data collection in the facility and systems.
- Develop the analytics systems providing data feeds, dashboards and reporting.
- Lead post-incident reviews and root cause analysis (RCA) to eliminate recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop runbooks for facility operations at customers based on experimental learned knowledge from the labs.
- Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experiences
- Demonstrated ability in technical facilities engineering and operations
- Experience with hardware and sensor interfaces
- Ability to travel as the need arises
- Comfortable meeting with and engaging directly with customers (internal and external) during requirements gathering and solution development

Salary Range:
$191,100-$258,500 per yearWe value people as individuals and our dedication is to reward people competitively and equitably for the work they do and the skills and experience they bring to Arm.
