Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Senior System Quality Test &Automation Engineer to join our Customer Quality team. As a key contributor to the success of ARM’s system level quality testing and support, you will be part of a leading test team to drive and develop the highest system testing coverage, robustness, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive technical innovation to develop and enhance ARM’s system quality testing automation framework. This includes tool development and technical/procedural test methodology enhancement.
- Define and develop visualization dashboards to track test progress and data/results.
- Define and develop AI algorithms to enhance data/result analysis and calculation.
- Develop and maintain standardized test plan templates, reporting formats, and documentation requirements to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Plan, setup and execute system and rack level quality testing to obtain Quality metrics.
- Debugging issues found during bring-up, validation, and production phases.
- Collaborative with multiple cross functional teams to support system quality projects
Required Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years in Python and Linux scripting languages/tools (Bash, regular expressions)
- 7+ years in distributed version control systems, such as Git.
- 7+ years in data collection and preparing reports using dashboards, plots/graphs, and text documents
- Experience with common lab equipment, including meters, data acquisition systems, oscilloscopes, power supplies, thermal chambers, etc.
- Knowledge of server hardware components and Linux operating system.
- System level testing experience
- Debugging skills in BIOS, Kernel, and OS.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:
- Hardware debugging/failure analysis
- Tableau/Power BI visualization experience
- Experience in component/system stress testing definition
- Reliability, Quality, and Manufacturing testing experience
Salary Range:
