Life at Arm in our Galway office

At Arm Galway, you’ll be part of a close-knit, people-focused culture. With a smaller team than some of our other sites, there’s a strong sense of connection. “Everyone knows each other,” says Patryk Kaiser, Graduate Engineer, “and that creates a welcoming and collaborative environment.” Beyond the work itself, our team regularly gets together for social events like dinners, go-karting, and volunteering, helping you build relationships and give back to the community. Our thoughtfully designed new office supports your best work, with open collaboration spaces and state-of-the-art facilities.

I chose Arm for its cutting-edge technology that powers billions of devices and a culture that values its people. From technical upskilling to volunteering, Arm invests in your growth and community. The team culture and new Galway office make it a place where you feel motivated to do your best work.
